Chewy Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup 1-to-1 gluten-free flour blend*
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened

  • Step 1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
  • And now, In a separate large bowl, cream the butter and add the sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar gradually creaming after each addition until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Add the flour mixture gradually beating after each addition until smooth.
  • Step three, Drop mix 1 tsp at a time 2” apart onto greased cookie sheet. Dip fork in flour and press cookies criss-cross.
