Elderberry Chia Jam Recipe

1/2 cup organic dried elderberries
5 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup water
1 cup monkfruit sweetener (or natural sweetener of choice)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • First step, In a pot, add water, lemon juice and elderberries then bring to a boil.
  • Step two, Once boiling point is reached, remove from heat and then chia seeds and natural sweetener. Pour mixture in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • And now, Pour mixture back into pot and bring to a boil once again. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Keep stirring while simmering.
