Paleo Keto Low Carb Meatloaf Recipe


Ingredients:
3/4" thick slices
2 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup Golden flax seed meal (or almond flour)
1/2 large Onion (diced)
8 cloves Garlic (minced)
etc.

Instructions:
  • First. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 in (23x13 cm) loaf pan and set aside.
  • Step two, In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup. Mix together until well incorporated, but don't overmix.
