Paleo Korean Ground Beef Over Cauliflower Rice

2 lbs grass-fed ground Beef
6 Garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
2-4 Tbs Raw Honey to taste (Leave out for Keto & Whole 30)
1-2 Tbs. Sesame Oil (Use Olive Oil or Avocado Oil for AIP)
And so on.

  • First step, Brown beef and minced garlic in a preheated skillet.
  • Step 2, Mix honey, coconut aminos, sesame oil, grated ginger (or ground ginger) and red pepper flakes (if using). If you can use fresh ginger it adds a lot of flavor.
  • Step three, Pour sauce over the beef and mix well. Add sea salt to taste. Cook just until everything is heated through.
