1 lb. ribeye steak, julienned
1 small purple onion
1 small bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
1 small orange bell pepper

  • First step, Slice the veggies and meat into julienned pieces.
  • Next, In a large bowl, place in the meat first. Add some olive oil, fajita seasoning, lime juice and salt then rub onto the meat very well.
  • After it, Add in the veggies and toss everything to blend in the veggies.
