Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup avocado 1/4 cup maple syrup 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 tablespoons coconut oil Check below.
Instructions:
Step number one. Preheat oven to 350F. Generously grease a mini muffin pan with coconut oil.
Step two, In a food processor blend all ingredients until smooth (except chocolate chips). Use a small ice-cream scoop and fill the muffin pan with batter, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips (optional) and bake on 350F for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick when inserted to the middle of a muffin comes out clean.
