Jicama Fries


Ingredients:
1 jicama, peeled and chopped into 1/4″ matchsticks (1 large or 2-3 small jicama)
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
And many more.

Instructions:
  • First step, Preheat oven to 425° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and combine dry seasonings in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • And then, Place about 4 cups of water in a large stock pot and bring to a boil.
  • Step 3, While water is heating up, carefully peel jicama using a pairing knife and chop into 1/4″ matchsticks. Once boiling, add jicama fries to pot, cover and boil for 10 minutes.
