Lemon Blueberry Smoothie


Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
6 ounces Greek yogurt (substitute with non-dairy yogurt if desired)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (from 1/2 small lemon)
etc.

Instructions:
  • Step one. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add extra 2-3 ice cubes for a thicker smoothie. Enjoy!
