4 slices bacon chopped
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
8 ounces sliced mushrooms

  • Step one. Place the bacon in a large pan over medium high heat. Cook the bacon for 3-5 minutes or until crisp.
  • And now, Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
