Salisbury Steak Open-Face Sandwich

1½ pounds Lean Ground Beef
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Ketchup

  • Step one. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, egg and breadcrumbs to a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Step two, Separate the ground beef mixture into 4 patties. Shape patty into an oval shape.
  • And now, Heat the oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is very hot – but not quite smoking, add the beef patties. Cook for 3 minutes, per side until they're browned.
