Instructions:
Step one. Prepare sushi rice: cook rice according to package instructions. Bring to a boil and then simmer on low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 15 minutes with lid on.
After that, Prepare the rice dressing: mix 2 tbsp rice vinegar with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar. Heat on the stove for the ingredients to dissolve and mix into the cooked rice. Let cool down.
